Hi @Cristina Costa ,
You can navigate to the Work Types table
Open one of the records, right click on the name field and select Configure Dictionary
Modify the type of the field to : Translated Text
Now swap your session to the language that you need the translation, and navigate again to the Work Types table.
Open the Record that you need the translation and modify the name, for example in Portuguese I modified "install" to the Portuguese version of it.
Now if you change your session back to English the field will remain 'Install'
But in Portuguese the translated version will be available
