In FSM, if Agents cannot have access to mobile devices for various reasons, which Workspace should they be using to update completion of their tasks please? OR should they be only using UI16(Next Experience)?
Hi @Joshua Chen MTL There are client script parts in the UI Actions that wouldn't work in the Workspace. We are looking to use the CSM/FSM Config Workspace. Is there equivalent code snippets that we can refer to have this working please? Any help will be highly appreciated, as we have a set of buttons to get to work.
