hi all,

recently completed on demand training for FSM. both fundamentals and implementation course are 100% completed and got voucher eligibility badge too. but cant see vouchers claim on my learning portal under voucher section, any help regarding this??

Hi @Mohammed8 ,

You can raise a case from the now learning and the team will help you to provide the voucher. I have faced similar issue and was fixed by creating a case from now learning.

Hi @Mohammed8 ,

For me it took a day. But it depends on the bandwidth of the support team.
