FSM Dispatch workspace

Hi, 

I'm new to FSM and would like to use Dispatcher Workspace to do demo.

I have installed some FSM plugin and I can go to the CSM/FSM Workspace.

There is a icon of the Dispatcher Workspace on the left side of the Workspace but when I click the icon it goes Page not found.

you need wm_dispatcher role

To have access to the Dispatcher workspace, you will need wm_dispatcher role.

However, it is best practice not to directly assign the role to a user but to be in a group that provides this role.

In sys_user_group table, look for group called 'WM Dispatchers'.

Open the group record, and under Related List, you will see Group Members tab.

Select Edit, and add yourself to the group.
