I am new to ServiceNow and want to better understand how our technology product can integrate with FSM.
I signed up for a PDI which deployed a Xanadu release. However, I do not see any FSM plugins to activate in order to start better understanding it.
Can someone provide me with some pointers to get me going?

I sometimes face the similar situation as you.
Click on Synch Now button, then you might be able to see the latest plugins on Application Manager.

Thanks @Kenta Koizumi
I have tried refreshing the instance several times and still do not see it.
I tried upgrading to the Yokohama type and clicked the below but still can't spot it in the plugins list.
The help mentions:
field_service_management is available as a separate subscription.
This video it mentions FMS can be 'installed' as part of a PDI.
I still cannot spot FSM as a capability plugin as part of a PDI. Where am I going wrong as a first time user to ServiceNow?

Another option for you is rebuild your PDI.
When I faced the same situation as you before, rebuilding PDI was the only way to fix this issue.

i did it in the plugins module in the instance, not from here
WFO for FSM, you need to swap to legacy plugin views to get it, but the rest should be there in the plugins module
