FSM predictive intelligence

Hi all,
I'm looking predictive intelligence in FSM for the inventory management, any info regarding this, please let me know.

Predictive Intelligence (PI) is something you can use anywhere in ServiceNow, depending on your use case.

ServiceNow PI provides four types of solutions, and based on that, you can build your own use case or model:

 PI Solutions:

  1. Classification – Automatically assigns values (like category, assignment group, etc.) based on historical data.

  2. Similarity – Finds similar records (like incidents or cases) for quicker resolution.

  3. Clustering – Groups similar records together to identify trends or recurring issues.

  4. Regression – (Used less commonly) Predicts numeric outcomes, e.g., resolution time.  So, based on your business problem, you can choose the most suitable PI solution and train your own model using historical data.
