anyone know what this sys_properties does? nonlive vs live?
sn_fsm_disp_wrkspc.dispatcher_workspace.task_panel_sla_timer_type
SN description:
Enables the SLA time to load on work order task cards either in real-time, or only once when Dispatcher Workspace initially loads.
From sys_properties: Select SLA timer type shown within the Work order task cards inside the task panel. By default the SLA timer is nonlive.

Hi @Joshua Chen FX,
Usually, SLA timers are updated in one of the following 3 ways:
- Scheduled jobs
- Task updates
- Task on-display
Refer to the link for the details - https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0596023
I believe the system property is stating whether the SLA timer will update when the task is opened in the Workspace (NonLive) or SLA timer will update without the need to open it from the Workspace (Live).
Cheers

that's what i'd like to confirm but was unable to test,
does it update SLA when you refresh the dispatcher workspace or when you open a task card from the workspace?

Good point, frankly I don't have an answer sorry.
Might be better to raise a Support Case to get an exact answer.
