Hello everyone,

 

I need support for a client demo for the following narrative: FSM Spotlight - Comprehensive Field Service Experience (Xanadu)

 

We face the following issues:

  1. Under Step 2 (Instance Configuration) in the narrative setup we see an exclamation mark, even though the status is completed

 

  1. We cannot access the customer support portal (Solana) for the Persona Julie Lewis

 

  1. The test run of the flow described in the guide says it has no inputs
