Hello everyone,
I need support for a client demo for the following narrative: FSM Spotlight - Comprehensive Field Service Experience (Xanadu)
We face the following issues:
- Under Step 2 (Instance Configuration) in the narrative setup we see an exclamation mark, even though the status is completed
- We cannot access the customer support portal (Solana) for the Persona Julie Lewis
- The test run of the flow described in the guide says it has no inputs
Any support is highly appreciated.
