FSM Territory Manager Console

The FSM Implementation training says that I need to do the Territory creation in my PDI as I have to set up a google api key.

I have installed the FSM module on my PDI and the FSM Territory Planning module and Geolocation but the Territory Planning Console is not available in the All menu for either myself as admin or impersonating FSM Territory Planner.

Is this a known issue? Have I missed something obvious? Am I missing a plugin that is not obvious?

territory creation and google api key is unrelated, can you screenshot the implementation section that mentions that?

what version is your PDI?  try repairing or clear cache

make sure this one is up to date: com.snc.fsm_territory_planning

territory planning console module should be visible in the navigator

same issue here. The reference to the lab guide, where it asks to try in PDI instead of the lab tenant

And after enabling the plugins as mentioned in the product documentation, can't see the TPC in the navigator

@Maryna K am using a user that already has this role, but can't see the TPC at all.

Tried both the Zurich and Xanadu instances and retried the steps.

Did you make any progress on this one @marklawes ??

I had the same problem with this task. The admin already had these roles (wm_read and wm_admin) but still couldn’t see the map. I found a workaround that worked for me: I just added the extra sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_read role, despite the fact that it already exists in wm_read. Then you need to log out and log back in. For some reason, that fixed it for me.

Hi everyone,

If this information is still useful to someone:

To access the Territory Planning Console, ensure that your System Administrator on your PDI has the sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_read role. This role allows you to view the Console.
