Global Tables not available in Mobile App Builder FIeld Service Mobile Scope

Good morning everyone,

 

I am having this issue when trying to configure data/list items I am unable to find or select the wm_order or wm_task tables for records. Anybody else encounter this issue?

Hello! I was able to figure it out. Check the count of records in sys_db_object.
When querying the list of tables, the default limit to the amount of records returned is 10,000.
If you have over 10,000 tables, the remaining will not available to display in the Mobile App Builder.

Hi, are you searching wm_task instead of typing out work order task in full? additionally, what record are you trying to search from?

I have tried searching both wm_task and Work Order Task. This is on a record that I created, but they are not showing up as available on the template records either. I did create a new configuration for Field Service Mobile for access control purposes. 

Hello, did you get this resolved? I am looking into the wm_task table or parent tables to see if there is a configuration update needed and am also trying to find if there are any system properties that may affect what tables appear.

Looks like a lot of nuvolo related tables? Have you opened a support case yet?
