Google Maps in Dispatcher Workspace showing straight line instead of route

Hello,

In our Dispatcher Workspace, instead of displaying the actual route the agent should travel, it is only showing a straight-line calculation. I have already set the property to use "Google Maps API" to calculate the time and route, but it still displays a straight line in Google Maps.

May I know if any additional configuration is required on the Google side to make this work?

can you post a screenshot? 

do you mean this? i think  OOTB how the map works, and it doesnt show like we usually use the google map application.

let me know if you find a way.

is there a way to show the direction like it is in google map instead of the arrows in the SN MAP ?

Like Joshua mentioned a screenshot would help, as I'm not totally sure what you're referring to. But this value "sn_fsm_disp_wrkspc.sn_fsm.dispatch_ws_map.route_enabled" must be set to True to display the agent’s route to the work order task on the map.

Hi,

I’m experiencing the same issue: I’ve reviewed the documentation, configured the ServiceNow properties (route_enabled = True, route_type = street_level), and confirmed that the Google APIs are being used.

Still, the routes only display as straight lines on the map.

Does anyone know if showing real routes is out-of-the-box, or is there an additional configuration I might be missing?
