Hi All,
We have a business requirement to generate work orders for each accounts by monthly and quarterly. I have succeeded on doing this by creating WO template, maintenance plan, and maintenance schedule.
But we are encountering a problem wherein work orders are only created on the first run of the maintenance. Succeeding schedule intervals are not creating new work orders.
Initially this maintenance plan created 68 records which is expected, but nothing was created even after crossing the defined interval/s.
See Photos for reference:
Is this the normal behavior of records created from maintenance? Does previous work orders created from maintenance needs to be closed first? I feel like we're missing or doing something wrong.
Thank you!

Hi,
We are experiencing the same issue. Were you able to resolve this? We are running FSM/CSM for our Facilities Department and have PMs scheduled to run every day. They ran when they were manually triggered the first time, but did not run since. The suspicion is that the default set-up requires previous PMs to be closed before the new ones are ran, but we need to be able to have it run with PMs still open. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I've run into the same issue, a single work order was created for a single CI and since then no others have been created. The whole Planned Maintenance configuration seems to be overly complicated and inflexible all for an inconsistent result.
