Matching dimension to ensure engineer has downtime of 11 hours after 8 hours continuous work

Hi all,

Is there a matching dimension can ensure we comply with the working directive for an engineer to have a downtime of 11 hours after 8 hours continuous work?

I can see Last Assigned but this doesn't quite meet the requirement above. Has anyone built a custom matching dimension or have any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Hey Chaz, is there an option to use agent schedules here. If work done for 8h, then agent off shift and should not receive work automatically since they are not available.
