NowMobile fulfillment view Short Description and Description

NowMobile fulfillment view, for incidents. Outside of the user having to open up activity stream for each one, does anyone know how to configure so the entire short description shows and the long description is viewable? Or how to set up an easier way to get to fulfillment view without having to go through the portal view and all the steps from there? The goal is to try to make this a useful tool for our facility IT folks that provide desktop support to manage their tickets on the go but its proving more cumbersome than helpful at this point.
