Hi everyone,
My requirement is to create a push notification and send it to the assignee when a Work Order task (wm_task) has passed its due date. I have successfully created the notification, push notification message, and push notification message content. The notification is also registered in the push application.
When I enter my name in the 'users' field under 'when to send' tab, I am able to see the notification on my mobile device. However, when I attempt to impersonate another user, I am unable to see the notification. I have utilized Flow Designer to trigger this notification. I also checked the notification preferences of the users. It was enabled.
