Export to excel - Not working while impersonating

Hi everyone,

I am attempting to export the list view of work order tasks (wm_task) to Excel. This feature functions correctly when no impersonation is involved. However, when I impersonate a user, an error appears stating that the requested attachment does not exist. Could you please explain why the export fails during user impersonation?

Hello @deepikag0508 ,

 

Starting Vancouver release, we can check access privileges for a given resource using Access Analyzer .

This will give you an answer whether access is blocked for attachment table record for given user.

 

Usage path ->

Application Navigator -> Access Analyzer -> Analyze Permissions.

If it is not already installed, you can go to plugins and install it. It is free of cost and there are no special roles required to install it. Neither it has an impact on instance if you install it.
