"Insufficient privileges" error is coming when closing Work Order Task from Now Agent App.

While I am trying to close a Work Order Task from mobile app , the "Insufficient privileges" error is coming up.
This error is coming for internal agent (wm_agent).
This is happening only in Production. The ACL's and other configurations are same as lower instances.
