Report visibility issue only in production instance

Hi team,

 

We have one report configured on cmdb_ci table and its like to display last week updated CIs list for owners.

 

Same report working fine in sub production but only in production not working .

 

message 'Security constraints prevent saving reports - displaying report as read-only' is there in sub prod also but records displayed but in prod not.

 

Verified ACLs its same in both instance

 

What could be the issue here ?

seems access issue.

Did you recently upgrade your production?

was it working fine earlier?

yes it was working fine before, yes we upgraded and we even upgraded sub productions also still issue not there in sub production.

both are on same patch versions?

is it happening with all the users for whom the report is shared?

yes both are in same patch versions.

Report is shared with two role ITIL and business_stakeholder, issue with business_stakeholder role users.
