Hi everyone, I need help when I want to auto assign a card task, why is the popup blank white and doesn't display the task that will be assigned?

Hi, if it can be confirmed that there are matching candidates and we can rule that out as a potential reason, then we need to confirm on any Client Script or UI Policy Error, can you check for the errors? 

 

check UI Action that triggers Auto Assign (often wm_task_auto_assign), If you customized it, validate that the modal logic correctly passes the sys_id and task context.
