SCCM and JAMF user assignments to ServiceNow for End User Environment

Hey any thoughts/approach around how through SCCM/JAMF it is better to handle User Assignments for End user devices (physical / virtual (on-prem / cloud)). looking something which should be OOB through automated way.

implementing SCCM Graph Connector to bring SCCM data to SN however SCCM at times doesn't bring good data to user attribute either blank or service accounts which we may not have a direct match in SN user table considering we source user data through HR system and service accounts wont be part of it.

 

We have some custom aggregators which source data from multiple sources outside SN and can send data but those being homegrown want to avoid the integration to those.

 

any thoughts how can it be managed through automated way rather initial provisioning only.

also u can use sccm

service graph connector, but if you re data is not good, solution should be to clean that data in sccm/ fix sccm data issue before bringing it into SN

 

also whatever solution you use to bring data into servicenow, make sure to leverage CMDB IRE
