CSM/FSM workspace → workforce

hi team, 

 

- what config am i missing to see these 2 icons in CSM/FSM workspace → workforce

- i have admin role and also wm_manager /sn_wfo_fsm.manager

- i can create event/calendar for my team in the manager workspace, just not from  workforce

- when i navigate to workforce, the 2 icons appear for half a sec but then disappears (not sure if ui bulder settings, missing roles, ACL, etc.)

Hi we found the reason . If u copy the workspace in UI builder, and use the copy one as default the icons appear.

 

the original workspace default copy has a defect

I thought it was "agent_schedule_user", but is it included?
