SLA Breached Parm Notification

Hi,

I attempted to breach an Incident record and a Work Order task. Since the "SLA Breached Parm Notification" is an out-of-the-box notification, shouldn't the email generate automatically? However, the email is not being generated. I have also enabled the email sending and receiving properties. What could be the reason?
