When changing the construction schedule once adjusted based on customer requests

I have one question.
I can create a new WO or WOT and adjust the schedule to match the customer's desired schedule and the vendor's availability.
If the customer still wants to change the schedule after it has been assigned.
How to change dates from the customer side using the customer service portal.
Is there any other way other than contacting the construction company in the Activity column?

Once a schedule is assigned, the easiest way for the customer to request a date change is usually through the customer service portal. If that option is limited, contacting the construction company directly via the Activity column may still be necessary. For planning future projects, having accurate construction estimates in USA helps anticipate schedule flexibility and minimize repeated adjustments.
