Hi!
I've just started using it, so this is a simple question, but I don't understand it, so I'd like to know.
I created a work order template myself. And set it to automatically generate work order tasks.
Is it possible to change the priority while the work order is in progress?
The priority part is grayed out and cannot be changed.

yes, you can change the priority of a WO even when one WOT is set to work in progress, you cannot update the priority of a WOT tho once it is work in progress. can you confirm what you are viewing that is greyed out is the WOT and not the parent WO?

Thank you for your reply.
I want to chanege the priority of the WO and WOT.
I feel like I can't change the priority of the WO in the work-in-progress status, but is that correct?

I understand that WOT cannot be changed while it is in progress.
I would like to change the WO, but can I do so while it is in progress?
