If you were to attend a platform owner bootcamp led by ServiceNow, what types of sessions would you like to see?

1. Platform governance tips and tricks, gotchas.
2. Options and recommendations for sharing ITSM workflows (request, incident, problem) outside IT (ACLs vs. separate apps, etc.), including associated governance.
3. Ways to grow the platform beyond HIT.

I would like to hear more about how to mature the Technical Governance and hear how others are doing it.

With Cloud becoming more and more important, I'd love to hear more on Cloud Discovery and best practices. We are starting Discovery config for our Azure and AWS environments. It's definitely different than Agentless Discovery. Would love to attend a presentation from a Healthcare company that has fully implemented Cloud Discovery (challenges, roadblocks, tips, etc.).

We just implemented the Azure Service Graph Connector to ensure we had a better picture of the Azure environment in the CMDB.   Should have some feedback in a few months.
