Vulnerable Item Task. It's a hold over from when the Vulnerable Item table used to extend the Task table pre-Kingston.

V is for Vulnerable. IT is for Item.

@sonali panda  But sometimes it VI and sometimes it's VIT - why sometimes VIT?

Good question. If you take a look at this , it has both VIT and Vi mentioned.

ServiceNow Vulnerable item module has naming starting with VIT. It could be the reason why sometimes it is being referred to as VIT. But they are the same thing.
