The Name of sys_complex_object is set to a string such as "FD00c880dc8ee3301007c1bb04c5d5e7c1".
We assume that this string is "FD "+sys_id, but we did not know specifically which record's sys_id it is. (It was not the sys_id of a flow or action.)
Is this Name string a value that is tied to the sys_id of another record, etc.?
