ServiceNow では AI Agent という機能が登場しますが、Now Assist との違いはよくわかりません。違いを教えてください。ここでいうNow Assist ITSM、CSM などの製品に追加される製品で提供されるものを指しています。例）ITSM Pro であれば ITSM Pro Plus で提供されるNow Assistまた、AI Agent を使う場合、必要となるライセンスについても教えてください。
