@Chaitanya ILCR I use SNUtils a lot and instance tag is a life saver! Thank you for your suggestion.

It’s mostly for the non-technical users of ServiceNow when i see someone sharing their screen when getting to this situation they’re so lost and we all lose so much time before they find the way out of it… while the fix is basically one click for ServiceNow team 🙂 

also, some organisations block using most of the extensions or their approval is taking months and must be justified repeatedly per year, big enterprises and their nonsense policies…

However i must apply it to all the browsers, sometimes I need 4 browser/sessions at the same time (real time simulation of HR agent in HR Workspace, IT Agent in SOW, admin and end user).

And also, my company is blocking browser extensions, so this workaround is not always applicable...
