Hi Brijesh,

Svc_ci_assoc is Service Association. configuration item table which will populate only when you create the Service Map and based on relationship with CI to Service, and you can not push the data from CMDB_rel_ci table, as its not best practice.

You can create relationship in CMDB_rel_ci table with CI to Service and based on CI , on Change form you can update the service.
