Operation failed because no valid MID is available,Please check System Logs

Trying to get this resolved and so far I can not resolve this. Any help will be grat 🙂 The MID Server is up and running with  unresolved issues Which is showing as below "Aborting MID Server upgrade due to pre-upgrade check failure.". See below:

Flow Designer:

failed with error in my step number 2 Rest API Actions Operation failed because no valid MID is available,Please check System Logs..

MID SERVER LOGS SEE BELOW :

The specified mid server with sys_id  is not available
