Hey Eric,

OOB you should see in the notifications table records for the 'cmdb_data_management_task' table. An example would be 'CMDB Data Management Task Created' which emails the task individual regarding any type of policy related task.

Thanks Kieran! Yes, that is what I was looking for.  Now I am just trying to figure out how to create a link directly to the Data Certification Task in the notification to the workspace.  As ${URI} does not work in workspace.

Hi @Eric_Gauthier , @Kieran Anson, 

 

In Legacy Data certification, there was OOB workflow 'Certification task escalation' which used to fire events to trigger email notification for task reminders/escalations if task is not completed based on percent complete.

Do we have any such logic for new data certification?

The new version of Data Certification does not include OOB support for task escalation or overdue notifications. These are in the roadmap for 2025, however in the meantime you could create your own flow to send notifications.
