I'm glad I'm starting to figure all this out, and it does reinforce the notion that we'll need either some dedicated staff for the manual management, or we'll need to train others in how to handle it. I've been thinking for a while that we'll need service catalog items/templates for the management of Application Services, and this reinforces the need and scope for that.
