Hi Kamlesh,
Three comments for you:
(1) With respect to your specific question, the screenshot you are showing for RTE Entity Fields is only showing a field associated with SCCM Computer Identity - Computer entity. That appears to be incomplete. We would expect at least 3 fields for an attribute as it flows through the process:
1. On Import entity
2. On Temp entity
3. On final target Entity
Maybe they exist in your configuration, but are not seen above and might be the cause of your issue. Think about it as a flow of data from external source, to import table, to temp entity (where all the RTE operations are applied) then finally to the CMDB CI tables themselves. Each step on the ServiceNow side needs a representation with respect to entity and field.
(2) We strongly discourage direct manipulation of the RTE tables directly in this manner as you are showing. As you can probably attest, it can get confusing. Instead, we strongly encourage using IntegrationHub ETL app to view and customize any Service Graph Connector definition. IH-ETL handles much of this configuration behind the scenes for you, and provides an interactive UI for transformation and mapping.
(3) The 2.5 release of SG-SCCM, targeted for September, includes Asset Tag as a standard mapped attribute. So given your timeline, it might be better to wait for this as a standard feature, instead of implementing as a custom attribute. At the very least, if implemented as custom you will need to merge/back out your custom changes upon upgrading to 2.5.
