Could you please clarify my yesterday's post ?

Usually agent needs "skip verification" if user is anonymous or separated so, in that scenario if user create a HR case then what is expected "opened for" and "Subject Person" field value in OOB ? Our customer mentioned like before Yokoyama version upgrade of customer instance Agent was able to select user name manually for opened for  or Subject person field.
