Hi Sandeep,

 

Yes the [Activities(filtered)] is already on the form, and it is displayed there. However, that is not the problem. The problem is the layout. I want it to be displayed automatically when I open a new ticket. Without having to click the alternative layout button (see red arrow on picture 1). 

 

I am guessing this can be done in the user preferences, although Im not sure.
