Yes, I need some inputs from you on this Procurement Case Management (PCM).

1. After we activate this PCM plugin, does it required any other plugins to enable procurement teams to automate their fulfillment processes so that they can manage and monitor the progress of their tasks. ??

2. After activating this PCM, how do we raise procurement case? is there any Record Producer ? / Order guides will comes in to picture ?

Normally at ITSM side after raising REQ , there would be one SCTAK to raise purchase order, invoice and add required items order Qty , dispatching, receiving &send them to warehouse .....etc process.

Similarly what kind of process stages we have PCM ? kindly help me with some inputs. how end-user/account/consumer/contact will raise Procurement case and how it would be transfer to Procurement team, fulfilling, tracking...etc.
