Hi Balaji,

It may be coming from some agent Live Profile [live_profile] table.

Search Profile whose name contains 'agent' in Live Profile table. One of the Profile must be there for Agent Chat and there Image may be present on the Picture field. Update the Image in Picture with the image you want to use.
