To configure translated messages in ServiceNow, you can follow these steps:

  1. Access the ServiceNow instance and navigate to the "System UI" section.

  2. Select "UI Messages" from the left-hand navigation pane. This will display a list of existing UI messages.

  3. Click on the "New" button to create a new UI message.

  4. In the "Name" field, provide a unique name for the UI message. For example, if you are translating a message for the "Submit" button, you can name it "SubmitButtonMessage".

  5. In the "Language" field, select the language for which you want to provide the translation. Choose the appropriate language from the list.

  6. In the "Message" field, enter the translated message for the selected language. For example, if you are translating the message for the "Submit" button to French, you can enter "Soumettre" as the translated message.

  7. Save the UI message.

  8. Repeat steps 4 to 7 for each message you want to translate.
