Good evening,
I have created the Request flow, so user will log a REQ, then it will generate the RITM.
When RITM is approved by the line manager, it should create a SCTask.
Now when I am testing it by logging the REQ, the flow works fine.
However when I impersonate my colleagues with ITIL or no roles, I can create the REQ on the SP portal.
It has created the RITM, however when I approve it, it is not creating the SCTask.
Can you please advise what can be the issue? Is it linked with ACL or something else?
