We download meeting bot manifest, upload the manifest to teams portal and then copy the App ID to Notify properties. But when trying to Start a teams chat it redirects me to "HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized". The OAUTH application registry, the OIDC profile, the credentials and TOKENS are ok. What can I do?
