@Arti Kumar : Can you dot-walk in your filter until the sys_id level, which gives you a free text field at the right? Currently looking into your screenshot, I see that on the right it's showing a drop-down. If this doesn't work can you give the exact filter condition you are using in the left filter as it sliced in the screenshot.

Example Filter: [Variables.Company.Sys ID] [is] [javascript:gs.getUser().getCompanyID()]
