Hello Ranjita,

Has your transform map stopped in between? that means records added in import set table but not transformed completely. It can be due to restart of nodes due to patch upgrade or some instance related activity.

Import set rows are showing in "Pending" state means rows are ready to be processed/transformed but transformation stopped in between resulting into the "pending" state.

As an alternate, you can go to the import set where import set rows are "pending" and click on the "Reprocess" UI action, it will process the "pending" records.
