To solve this problem,

  1. please go to ServiceNow à Navigation à System Definition à Tables

  2. Select the table System Property [sys_properties]

    3. Go to the Related Links and click to the Show List

    4. In the field Name search for com.glide.communications.trustmanager_trust_all
    If this parameter exists, so please set the value to true.
