Navigate to System Definition --> Modules.
Check if there is any existing record by searching in table column with 'cmdb_ci'.
If the record exists, you can open it or create 'New'.
On the module and under the Link Type you can select the required table (cmdb_ci) and provide filter conditions and save it.

You can provide the Application Menu, under which menu you want the module to be visible.

You can also provide the order, where the module should be visible under the Application Menu selected.
