Need multiple Results in Same filed in decision Table

Hi All,
I am new with Decision Table, new help in 1 doubt. After creating Input & condition, I need multiple output in results. But, selecting Choice type in result is showing single output in a field, so is there a way it can be achieved to have multiple outputs based on conditions in a field or do i need to create multiple rows in Results for it.
