Hi Silvie,
One more thing that you can do,
Enabling the property turns off all user presence features. The property is available starting with the Geneva Patch 2 release.
Procedure:
- Navigate to sys_properties.list.
- Locate the property named glide.ui.presence.disabled.
- Set the Value to true.
