UI Policy not working on catalog form

Hello Team,
I have created almost 30 plus UI policy in one of the catalog item, and somehow it stopped working ,it was working but suddenly stopped, I have not made any major change on catalog form.
I checked every piece of UI policy but none is working , could you please help what could be reason.
