I’ve been working on getting Siri Shortcuts to function with the ServiceNow Mobile Agent as well. Here are a few things that helped me:

1. **Siri Shortcuts Plugin**: Make sure that the plugin is fully enabled, including related plugins like "Mobile Agent Chat" and "Siri Shortcuts for Mobile." Sometimes, it’s easy to miss one of the related plugins.

2. **Quick Action Configuration**: Double-check that your chat quick action is properly configured and visible in the Mobile Agent. It should meet the conditions and permissions required for mobile access.

3. **Siri Shortcuts Compatibility**: Not all chat features are supported through Siri Shortcuts in Mobile Agent. Make sure the specific action you're trying to enable is compatible.

4. **iOS Version**: Test on a device running the latest iOS version, as older versions may not fully support Siri Shortcuts with ServiceNow.

5. **Logs and Debugging**: Check the system logs to see if there’s any error related to Mobile Agent and Siri Shortcuts that might give you more insight.

If all of these check out, it might be worth reaching out to the ServiceNow Developer Community or ServiceNow support for further troubleshooting.
