Hi, yes of course.
This is the workflow - I need to be careful with what I show as this is within my companies service now instance. I have circled within the picture where I think the issue lies. The first approver triggers no problem and works fine, when I change the state to Pending Second Approval, the workflow automatically cancels and nothing else triggers. I have no custom scripts within the workflow either. Not sure this is entirely relevant but the starting workflow conditions is State > Pending Approval and "Run the workflow always". The state default view is pending approval so that the approvals always trigger for new records.
